This is a real panda! China has this “panda diplomacy” and this one will be sent to Japan as an friendship envoy. For the safety reason he sits as a passenger with his feeder, not in a cage. Fastening the seat belt, wearing a diaper, eating bamboos
Wojtek, or Voytek, was a brown bear adopted by the Polish II Corps in 1942. He was drafted into the Polish Army as a private, lived in tents with the men, and was even taught to salute. According to accounts, he helped transport ammo during the Battle of Monte Cassino and never dropped a single crate. After the war, he went to the Edinburgh Zoo where he remained until his death in 1963.
Wojtek was pretty cool but Greatest Generation does not recommend letting a brown bear live in a tent with you.
